Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Returns must include the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items (marked as “SALE” or “Final Sale”)
- Personalized or customized products
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Return:

- Follow the instructions to generate your return label
- Package your items securely and attach the label
- Drop off at your nearest shipping carrier location
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exchanges:
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the item you want and return the original purchase separately.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our returns portal at lisayangsale.com. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
